Damn, What good new this brings.Seems like we have a lot to look forward to.Great article for sure.Love the RI section that states how we will have the first dispensaries on the east coast and patients will still have the right to grow if the choose not to use the dispensaries.

Yea you could buy it but once you come back into RI you would be Illegal again IF you have no card.
