Here's a revolutionary idea....I know it's gonna seem just soooooo out there but.......when your kids ask to go to McDonalds.....TELL THEM NO. Un-FREAKING-believeable.

But it seems that Mickey D has always been a favorite target of the litigation industry, especially in the West Coast. From the multiple murders back in '83, to the "coffee-spilling incident" and now the Happy Meals. Im beginning to think that Mickey D faces more lawsuits than doctors.

I wonder what will be next though....banning toy prizes from cereal boxes and CrackerJack boxes? :rolleyes:

As far as I'm concerned, McDonald's should be slammed. I worked at McDonald's during High School. Back then, they were teenage hangouts. Just like the burger joints in American Graffiti. On week-ends back then, middle class families would get dinner from McDonald's. A burger, fries and drink cost 0.25 cents. A dime more for a double burger. It was when the Big Mac came out. There was another burger called the Geno's Giant competed with the Big Mac. Then, the cultural change began with the just say no people. the cops started running off the teens, they were now prey, and Micky D's changed to the family [sic] orientation and then added the kiddie hooks with the fucking Happy Meals and play ground to work off the fat, except the kids play then eat.

Obesity is a major problem now the the lower class, and yes middle classes and part of it is fast fucking food. Laziness, multi-tasking (ha, ha), etc helps drive the desire or addiction. I eat it at times, I won't live on it. I hope they smack down the Happy Meal because its toys are bullshit come-ons, the food is crap or unhealthy, and its just something for a kid to bug the fuck out of their parents.

I don't know why its even a topic of debate. If I can't smoke weed anywhere, fuck a fat ass kid and his fucking Happy Meal. Snatch it from his grubby little mitts. :D

Sooooo for all the folks who DO NOT enjoy some McDonalds fries.......DON'T GO THERE ANYMORE. And.....oh my god......you actually do have control over telling your children YES or NO. This is almost as stupid as the overweight girls in New York who attempted to sue McDonalds because they said they didnt know eating it everyday could make you fat.

And sooo sorry Gypsy....this story was a NATIONAL news story. You really are obsessed with Fox News aren't ya? I've never once in my life have seen an episode of Glenn Beck outside of his crying bits on youtube.....don't listen to freakin AM radio.....99% of the stories I post are taken from the internet sista.....and a wide variety of sites might I add, including The Huffington Post and Politico. Which I read every morning when I get up.

I have not eating at McDonalds now 20 some years. I have no plans to ever eat there again. ;) I read the link it look some wrong with that. This lady believes taking the toy out of the happy meal will make the happy meal more nutritious or maybe this will help McDonalds save some money. :(
