Not really "in the snow" but it is snowing outside haha. So for this grow I have 2 from some random bagseeds 1 from one of my old trainwreck plants a few years back and 3 seeds from a friend that are supposed to be purple plants but so far they are green...

I'm vegging under some HO T12's that I got from a local hydroponics store in 18 oz. Red "beer pong" cups and some moisture control potting mix made of sphagnum peat moss, forest product compost, coir pith fiber, perlite, a wetting agent, and fertilizer (0.21 - 0.07 - 0.14). And I will be flowering under a 400w Hortilux Super HPS EN

I know I said there is 6 plants but one of the seeds from my friend went retarded and grew the wrong end of the root out of the jiffy puck then died so 5 are left. My friends seeds pretty much suck the one in the bottom left corner is growing all deformed also but the 3rd one (top left corner) seems ok. The 2 on the right side are the random bag seeds one is kinda spotted on the leaves little light green spots, but whatever it should go away.

And the one in the middle the biggest one already :S5: is the trinawreck and it already smells like bud, its weird because these are only about a week old but it smells like bud, I hope to god its female cuz she's gonna stink real good!

But what do u guys think I should do with the deformed one? I kind of want to grow it to see what kind of weird plant I end up with but idk if it will be worth my time..

That is pretty normal having snow in December. Well, i have flowering house plants on windowsill by looking at snow.

Your snowplants look pretty good. Don't touch the deformed one, it will be all right too. If you used fertilizer or high nutrient soil, that is the reason probably. I had 2 like that and they're pretty normal now. Check my log, you'll see there.
Mine were because of over fertilizing. They were latest seedlings so they got more water than any others and all the fertilizers were collected by soil. This what i believe, till now no one said opposite.

Good luck with them.

So I was checking the plants today and the deformed plant is actually growing fine and it has naturally started growing itself a second top

So I have a question for everybody, I ran out of stash the other day and a friend gave me a bag that's pretty much shake with a few little broken nugs to smoke and the bud gets me pretty high but it has a peppery taste to it and makes me damn near hack up a lung it makes me cough so bad... anyone know what that could be from?? Did they not flush it correctly or something??

Yep, a lot of huge grows dont get taken care of will lack in taste, buzz. So a bag seed grown under good conditions could bring you great weed. My first grow was really bad bag seed, took 3 joints to even get a buzz and tasted nasty, but after i grew it, it was killer couch lock. But i didn't stop ferts in time and tasted them in the bud, nasty but killer.

Hey guys another update on the plants, I've been a little busy.

So I transplanted a couple days ago I think I may have waited a little too long cuz they stretched a little bit, but its all good... the plant that was deformed at start is looking great now and has 3 tops! I'm super excited about that one fingers crossed that it sprouts pistils. And also the back middle plant is already showing about 8 sets of pistils!! No sign if any of the other plants are male or female yet though...

Here's some pictures... sorry the picture quality goes to shit after uploading to photobucket for some reason, does anybody know why I can't just directly upload them? The website won't allow me for some reason...

Winter buds coming

Pot has not directly connected with stretching. Mostly effects on side branches i think. Stretching is about the light. Since they're in big pots you'll see they go more :)
Are you thinking about some training? (Deformed one already with self training :))

You need to send 50 posts before uploading here. There are some other factors in it but i don't know. I was able to upload after 15-20 messages. Maybe about reputation or maybe they just didn't want me to fill my message limit around the other topics :D

Ya I have been thinking about topping or LST or maybe both, not too sure yet... I also have been getting a bunch of these little flying insects I'm not sure what they are, they look like gnats or fruit flies or something my guess is that they came in my soil that I bought they don't seem to bother theplants at all but they sure are annoying sometimes I smoke a bowl and just sit her trying to kill the bastards haha

Aye, i had those too. They don't give damages but their larvae can damage the roots of young plants. Killing by hand will not finish them. Sticky fly paper is a good solution for them. I used natural sources: Carnivorous plants :D

Carniverous plants haha that's a good idea, I think I will try to get something to take care of them cuz they're a real nuisance.

If I were to top my plants and clone the cuttings would I be able to instantly flower them or do the have to have more light to properly clone and take root?

less light (lumens) to start roots then cut the light to 12 hours or less.
