I've read alot about hydroponics and it's benefits to the plants, but with the different systems which is best???

The one you decide to use. All the systems peeps are using are good you just need to learn it and tweek it to work in your room.
For ease of use Dwc is the way to go but we started with drip systems.

ok, yea I have a dwc system with the drip feed, ok, then I will just fine tune my system instead of switching. Thanks

Like LOC said they are all good. I started with Ebb/Flow (12 buckets) and I am very happy with low maintenance and the results of my grows. If I were to add any plants I would try DWC with 5 gallon buckets and airstones. Good luck with your project. :)

If your new and want an easy and cheap method go get some 3 gallon buckets with net pot lids throw an air stone in each bucket working off one air pump . Add your nutes top off as needed throughout the weak. do a complete change each week. Keep your ph at 5.8 a little sway either way is fine. when topping off use plain ph water.
