I normally only mix 2 gal at a time and am having trouble finding something to measure the right amount each time so its off "either alittle high or low each batch" . What do you forum guys use.

A syringe or a pipette will do the trick if your looking to be accurate. Charbud

I use purchased 1 gallon water bottles, mark the water-line and mix 1 gallon at a time using a shotglass measuring cup. I have only run 6 plants through flower at once so it works for now. Won't be long until I get a 3 gal water container(the little square ones that have a built-in handle.

I use a 5ml medicine dropper. It's like a really small turkey baster.
You can find them at any drug store and at most grocery stores in the medicine area.

the medicine dropper is something I have thought of using before so i will try that. What do you us for a 30 gal reserve?

I would think for 30 gallons(not a hydro grower, yet anyway) a std. 2-cup measuring cup would do for nutes. As for water, use 15 of your 2 gallon bottles(marked while sealed) and then mark the level of water in your resevoir @ 30 gallons.

For a system that large just go to a farm supply store and they have plastic measuring cups that range from 150ml to one gallon. They are cheap too! :D
