it appears you are in AZ and if that is the case go to Proposition 203: Arizona Medical Marijuana Act (http://www.azdhs.gov/prop203/). It is the first draft of the regs. here in AZ. and will answer some of your questions. There is much yet that has to be hashed out with these folks.
