I just bought some cal-mag Cal-Mag | Botanicare (http://www.americanagritech.com/supplements/cal-mag) as my plant was lacking. How often do I dose into my dwc system?

Since they are micronutrients, they are not needed that often. My suggestion would be once a month and make sure you use the recommend PPM on the directions.
