Gargantua and Pantagruel, François Rabelais-1532

One of the great classics and has Renaissance erotica or ribaldry. A must read for those who like great early literature.

Eclectic to say the least; you're the only other person I know who's heard of this. I recently downloaded some awesome lit from Gutenberg, including Gargantua.

A History of Mediaeval Jewish Philosophy
A Way to Get Wealth by Gevase Markham (written in 1668 - seem the way to get rich is become a farmer:)
A Voyage to New Holland (1669 - watchout for sea monsters)
Venus in Furs by Sacher Masoch

and too many others to list. What a gold mine Gutenberg is.
