Sadly here is how the judicial system works

-Federal/Government
-State
-County
-City

Each one can have its own laws, meaning if the CITY of Los Angeles wanted to ban MMJ they could, that just means you have to go to another city to smoke.

In this case it's Fresno doing the banning... Feel bad for ya bro

Unfortunately it's the whole county of Fresno. FORTUNATELY, I live about 10 miles outside of Fresno Co. I don't want to move from the area. I was born and raised in this area and it's where the family lives. I wanna stay and FIGHT!

Well, according to our dispensary owner's website, the end result was pretty much a thinly-veiled money grab. Big surprise.



Fines will be levied on all dispensaries that keep their doors open($100 day1, $200 day2, etc. up to $10,000/year). Seems as though they want to voice their opposition, but would rather have the cash. The fight continues on!
