okay i cant find the post but there was one about how creatine Monohydrate doesnt get absorbed into the system efficiently. While creatine hydrochloride get absorbed rather easily. The customer service agent at GNC also mentioned this same fact to me today, as i picked up my creatine this morning for a future partial dilution.

So i have on idea. why not mix powder creatine monohydrate with your gatorade when performing dilution since a portion of the creatine will get expelled with your urine.

what you guys thing?

Stop bumping your posts. It's rude. People have lives and aren't waiting by their PC's to answer your questions. Read more, type less. Creatine monohydrate is fine. The body converts the creatine to creatinine so "absorption" is of little consequence since it takes days to load creatine, not hours.

In other words, no, mixing creatine with your gatorade when you are diluting the day of the test won't help you. They aren't testing for creatine. Read carefully.
