simple growin question

hi i have a trainwreck plant and the bottom half of the leaves are turning a sort of brown and kinda drooping i need to know if that is normal and if there is anything to do to help it

Could be over-watering. What soil are you using, how often do you water and what ventilation do you have?

i dont have ventilation i didnt think i needed it because there is a lil breeze where i have it do i still need ventilation? i have super soil or something like that i read online that was a good one. also i have it in the 12/12 cycle is it to late to transplant it? i water the plant every other day is that too much?
