So here is the skinny:
I've been a regular smoker for the past 6-8 months now, partaking in the great plant almost every night. I weigh around 158, 5'11", and I am currently on adderall for ADD (not sure if that is useful info). I just got offered an interview at a well known company(starts with a C and rhymes with Arm-ax) for this Thursday (Dec. 10), and I just found out that they do a UA. I have no idea if it is on site or at a doc's office. I've been reading all the stickies and they are AWESOME, props to all the "experts" out there. I had a few questions though,

My last night of smoking was Monday, and I have been downing water(I know it does nothing but dilute, more for peace of mind) like crazy and I bought (before finding this site) "Rescue Ice Detox". Since doing the research I'm thinking about using a sub if it isn't an in house test.
-If it is an in house test, is there any other info that might help? Am I just wasting my time?
-If I use a sub, can the sample be warmed using a hand warmer(the tiny disposable kind "Hot Hands" is what its called I believe)?
-Is 2 days enough to even help?

I know this is a redundant thread, and there are tons already out there. I just wanted to try and get a no nonsense answer from someone intelligent, and not all the bull from the random posters who have no solid knowledge.

Thanks a lot for your time! I really appreciate it!

PS
Blaze one for me fellas. :rastasmoke:
Keep those smoke signals going.

If you're going to substitute, hot hands don't work- they're not strong enough to keep the temp up. Try Thermacare pads- you can find them in the pain relief section at any Rite Aid. I would try heating with just your body temp though. Easier to ensure the temp stays constant. Buy extras of everything and practice it several different ways to make sure you get the temp of the sample exactly right. It lessens the nervousness on the day of the test.
