Looking for High Quality Seeds

I'm semi new at growing. I've grown a couple harvests of bagseed, but would now like to step up to quality strains and cloning. I've ordered seeds from Weed-Seeds.net however the seeds were small and not like the seeds i would choose out of my bagseed to grow. Is this common of ordered seeds? or did I order some not so great seeds? I do have to say that outta 15 seeds 13 germinated and are currently still alive, however kinda wispy. Any advise on the subject would be greatly appreciated.

High quality seeds require quality growing equipment; especially lighting. Some internet seed sites are a ripoff. There's a sticky on seedbanks, check it out.

Thanks for the advice, took a look at the thread and answered most of my questions. Only question i have left is "Do most seeds from seed banks looks so small?" If i was scouting out my bagseed for possible germs, i would definately overlook the size i was shipped in my order.

Every seed I've seen in the past 5 years, was the same typical size. No big ones, no little ones.

Color is more important. Avoid white seeds.
