Hey, so i've been vegatating this plant for 3-4 weeks already. It was growing great until this past week when i noticed brown spots, the leaves drooping, and it's not growing quite as fast.

the pictures attached are a before and after. PLEASE help me get this plant back on track.

Welcome Reef...

Dose not look to bad, just needs a bigger pot with better drainage...

Not a good idea using a clear plastic pot as well, roots love the dark...

You will get better insight if you post a trouble shooting form. Plus id ditch the foil (hot spots) and go with flat white material IMO

yeah the pot needs to be light free, I cant see brown spots though, ph looks ok but always check,I think if you trans plant into a real pot, and some fresh soil your problems wills top, your getting root locked I can see that from the pics.

Oh , ok thanks Ill try putting it in a bigger pot... any suggestions on how to safely transport it? I feel like a lot of roots will get damaged when I move it to a bigger pot?

transplanting is somewhat easy, you water the pot that its in and let it soak, then get the transplant pot ready with soil, about half full or more.
clean hands so as not to infect anything.

now get your plant and pot and turn it up side down most of the soil is soaked wet so not much will fall out of the pot but light ly squeeze the pot around the out side, loosening the grip the pot has on the soil and plant, don't pull at the steam, soon after rotating and lightly squeezing the soil will pop out with the plant and it will look like you have a soil puck in the shape of the pot it came from.

at this point put your hand under the soil on the root mass and settle it in you new pot supporting the soil and the root mass, also support the steam cause if it flops over your gonna get soil and roots everywhere. now fill around and cover some of the base of the steam, Lightly push down to settle the new plant and soil into the new pot and soil.

at this point you can lightly water the new soil and pot, lightly means just the surface, remember you already watered the plant before transplanting, and in fact the dry soil around the wet soil will get those roots waiting to search for more moisture. wait about a day or 2 before watering again or check a inch under the surface and resume feeding and watering as normal. if done correctly usually a day of stunted growth will happen then you Will see a rapid growth development afterward. sometimes their is not stunt in growth some strains are just beastly.

It looks like the op has it in a bottle which narrows in the middle and then flares out again (I could be wrong, the pics are quite small) If this is the case, I would get a very sharp pair of scissors and cut it out.

Yeah thats right.. i have it in a 2L pop bottle with the top and bottom cut off.. and then its on top of a skillet or something hahaha... i had to improvise. It's gonna be super tricky to transplant - I'll try tomorrow and post pictures.

first thing you need to do is get those babies into some real pots. And why is on a skillet??? Phatjay and madsativa are giving good advice! Get those babies transplanted ASAP! Also get the foil out of there. There is special mylar that reflects light without getting heat pockets if you are interested in using something like that.

Other than that, the babies look healthy....very green and nice growth. Let's see em once you repot them! good luck man!

Agreed! great advice from all of you. ill check out using mylar for sure. Also - its about 9 inches tall now... any thoughts in how many more weeks i should give it until flowering?

and I used a skillet because thats the only thing i had to use at the time... my fellow broke pot heads can relate i'm sure. Pics up tomorrow!

So i transplanted it. unfortunately, i've noticed more browning on the leaves. I've taken down the aluminum off the walls and have a fan lightly blowing on my baby now. But why are the leaves browning more?

its hard to see from those pics, but take a look under your leafs for any flys bugs they usually look like whit dots or black dots. but also you could be getting some nute lock , usually caused buy over watering. when you water are you letting the soil dry out? usually the soil test is use on finger to dig a small 1/2 to 1 inch hole and if it is wet in their let it dry. top soil can be dry but 1/2 inch under can be wet. keeping your roots constantly wet like this deprives them of air. just something to look at.
