are flourescents useful for start

was gonna start some seedlings and get them ready fro outdoor grow by starting them under flourescents.is this advisable and if it can be done what are the best floros to use?

CFLs or Tubes will do the trick.

T8's or T5's, dont use T12's.

6500K for veg 2700K for flower.

You can go all the way with fluoros too, just dont expect the same yield as MH/HPS.

btw, I'm using fluoro tubes and cfl all the way...
