hi. so here it is and i apologize if you have all replied to this same question a hundred times, and also for the spelling. i recently violated my probation, got pulled over with a bag of pot, my fault stupid i know but thats what happend. so i caught a new weed charge and a ptr(petition to revoke probation). when i got to my favorite correctional facility in the whole world(joke) they did not piss test me. my fear now is that when i go see my po again he will test me and i will be hot. even though im not smoking now and it would stand to reason that since i got caught with a small amount(8th) of weed my system would be dirty, they usualy dont put those two together. so if im hot i get another violation and they can shit on me preeeety hard.
im 150 pounds and i work out 5 to 6 times a week. i mostly just lift weights but i have now kicked up my cardio and sit in the steam room every time after i lift. i also take createan(spelling?) and i hear that is good.. but have dropped all of my whey proteins because i am trying to rid my body of the thc and dont want to possibly create any more weight to store it in. i have very little body fat and a prety insane metabolisim which is why i have to take all the protein to keep my weight up. i have been smoking about a year but only at night after 7 oclock because i am very unproductive when high and i have a life. ha. well...maby not for long. the first 6 months i would only take a hit or two a night because of low tollerance. the last six months a little more, a couple bowls between me and my girl. i apologize for my life story i just want to provide you all with what info i have in hopes you maby have some ideas of things to take/do to speed up the process. thank you all for any coming advice i appreciate it. if i left anything out please let me know and i will provide the additional info.
