Whats wrong with my bud?

Hey, picked this up recently. The shit sucks. Little to no high, the high i do get after many bowls wears off very fast. I'm confused here. It looks good, lots of "things" on em. I call them "things" because they look like trichomes, but they have almost no heads on them. Has anyone seen this before? Seller called it "Trainwreck." I had someone look at it and he said it was "BC" or barely chronic. What went wrong here? Too much handling? bad genetics?

They look nice. I'd guess bad genetics or they were at some point exposed to very bad environmental conditions or both.

First off those nugs look like shit, you never want brown bud. And secondly those "trichomes" that you see are probably mold spores (at least from the pic it definably seems to be in the early stage of developing mold). What's wrong with this bud well it hard to be sure but I'd say poor curing and old bud. Thc decreases with age and turns to a less potent, more head achy, cannabinoid. And molds no good either.

well the bud itself looks good and those are trichome stalks maybe the bud got sifted for keif "the trichome heads" and this is why its not very potent,and theres no mold growing on them.

Yea, I thought maybe they were hand rubbed for hash or something. Either way I got ripped off. On a better note it is good for smoking and getting things done. I don't get stupid off it, it seems to focus me well.

I would have to agree with DP in that you're probably getting weak weed.

It looks OK to me but I've seen a lot of good looking weed with no punch.

The possibility that it contains <5% THC may be a reason that your buzz is lite and doesn't last for very long; regardless of appearance.

Bullhsit, the color and overall looks of his bud are fine. First thing to break off on the trichomes are the heads- so you sorta tend to get trichs looking that way when the bud has been around the block a time or two. It ain't optimal when you see your trichs like that but not necessarily indicative of poor quality weed either. It's just better when you can see full trichome shapes under magnification.

yeah some kind of genetic problem, weird they do actually look some what OK kind of to brown though, like they cooked them? I was thinking they got rubbed or sifted too, but why leave so many tricomes if sifting them?

Maybe you basically got dupped (sorry). Maybe it's not even real bud. I found a good close up of some of that Bubba Kush synthetic crap and although the color is diff the texture of it looks pretty damn close.
