Hello. I have about a week and a half/two week old seedling, growing with CFLs.
Originally I was using a 'warm' CFL, and the plant seemed to be thriving, and growing nicely and healthily:thumbsup:. As soon as I got ahold of some 'Cool' CFls, the plant's appearence began to degrade, and very fast:(. This morning it looked sort of healthy, but I had noticed the tips of the leaves had turned white,:wtf:
when i got home from today around 2pm, the plant was in terrible condition. The leaves felt course, and the tips are white and curling upward.:(
I'm presuming it could be heat damage, the lamp was about 3 inches above the plant.
I only have one 'cool' CFL which isn't enough watts to grow the plant, so I am using a warm AND a cool CFL at the moment, slightly farther from the plant. I placed a fan in the grow room as well as watered the plant, which I hadn't done in two days.
What do I do?
