This isn't the first incident involving soldiers at Ft. Carson...

Unfortunately our soldiers aren't turning into real criminals, some were already criminals, some with felonies even. The ability to recruit for Iraq, Afganistan, and all the other useless current conflicts we're involved in, has created a shortage. The Army has had to lower their standards to fulfill their new-recruit quotas. Also starting back in the mid-late 90's, various gangs would make some of their members join the military, as it taught them how to lead, maintain firearms, and of course physical conditioning.

Before someone starts ranting how I'm not supporting our troops or I'm Anti-American. I served 10 years in the Air Force, my father served in the Army, my uncles served in Navy, Army, Marines, grandfather served Army. I'm from a long line of men who have served in the military. I'm proud to have served but not clueless to realized that the military is just a small slice of society - the good & bad.
