Not snowboarding, but tele skiing. I live for it. Summer is just the waiting season. Life gets real again right about now.
As for skiing while medicated, I can neither confirm nor deny.

sadly I've been back in my home state going on 8yrs now and have not gone skiing etc. I however have been addicted to ice fishing for over 4yrs here now. Great times out on the ice in my hut just enjoying the silence!

I know I would enjoy ice fishing, but I've never been. I can't think of a cooler (pun intended) place to smoke.

I'm about to get my powder on, cant decide whether i want the Colorado pass or the summit pass.
After warming up on a couple slopes the cold practically goes away, ice fishing is a different story though. Only did that once and it was plenty enough, I stick with the saltwater and the Florida Keys when it comes to fishing. Bonehead fishin is wassup, cant forget the snapper, and if you're loaded its always a good idea to hit up the charter boats and catch a big one. If you can't handle the cold what the hell are you doing out here ol pop?

Heh heh. I moved out here for a job and for the fishing. I'm a year-round fly fisherman, although I grew up fishing for bass or fishing offshore in the Gulf. I think I would like ice fishing because I like solitude. I'd like to sit in the hut and think a while, puff down, and think some more.

It is the best! Listening to the ice chatter and crack, awesome scenery, fishing, nature, and some mother nature there is nothing better! Started out with no equipment, just a hand auger and short pole sitting out on the ice in the elements, not bad if your clothing is right. Now I'm setup to be pretty freakin comfy out there but it took a few years before I had all the gear together, like fly fishing, and there are always upgrades or something better you need to have... :). I am always willing to take people out with me too! We could try to meet up this season and I could get you out on the ice for your first time. I got my brother hooked on ice fishing last season.
I have a 3 man flip over hut(thinking of going smaller since it is normally just me), a heater, Vexilar fish finder, a small backpacker stove to heat lunch(nothing like a hot meal out on ice) and if I stay really late dinner too. (Still need a power auger which is this seasons purchase) If I really want to cook up a meal I take my Coleman stove and all my camping cookware. With the heater once I'm set up I'm usually down to just my jeans and shirt and having to vent the hut a bit. It can be 10 degrees outside with the wind howling but it's nice and toasty inside! :)
I look forward now to hard water season a little more than soft water season. I'm really looking forward to it this year since my soft water season was totally FUBAR'd this year, I think I got out maybe 15 times total that number should be in over 100 easy....

I haven't ice fished in years...I love it though! Fly fishing is my thing. I made about 10 trips to Grey Reef on the north platte this summer...Some of the best world class trout fishing in the lower 48 ;)

For me it's all about the 5 mountain epic pass!!
by the time you make it to Winter Park or Copper im at A Bay, Key or Breck already on my 2rd run. If i'm going up berthoud pass i'm riding back country!!
Also Copper won't be part of the RM super pass next year, atleast thats the word from my boiz that work in the industry.

Yeah I'm not interested in Copper and Winterpark this year, might go once or twice though if I get bored at these...
# Unlimited access to Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin with no restrictions.
# 10 restricted days at Vail and Beaver Creek.
# NEW: Now valid for 5 restricted days at Heavenly and Northstar-at-Tahoe
Yeah the epic pass is epic but for the price break I'll be happy with basically an epic pass minus full access at vail and beaver creek. 10 passes to vail and beaver creek is a good compromise for a $150 difference. Hit me up on thc farmers bro.

So Who wants to meet up sometime soon to get some heavily medicated shred sessions on ?? I'm gonna be up at Breck for Practice and Qualifying for the Dew Tour..... I'm registered for the Super Pipe event, but this wicked Ear infection might force me out.
But now that finals are OVER and the Comp is this weekend starting next week it's open season!! I love meeting new people to shred with, I really don't care about your skill level as long as you're having fun, puffin tuff and Willing to maybe learn a bit!!

yea man, it was tasty for sure.
I'm over there too, just don't post much for some reason.
I gotta get that bubblegum back, I've not been running it for awhile but need to re-up. Luckily I sent that cut up the hill and a buddy is still running it.

Thats awesome dude, keep running that cut for sure. The first chronic strain I ever grew was BubbleGum. Now I'm about to try this SourBubble.
SourBubble --- A very unusual bubblegum derived from my BOGBubble gene pool. This is my most potent strain still in development. SourBubble promises to be my best Medical Strain to date. Flowers in 49 - 55 days.
I went skiing last week on my Flo for the first time, first time at breck too. This stuff will really motivate you, I was flyin through the trees in powder like a mad man, smackin branches and shakin off all the close calls like it was nothing. And this level of skiing is all new to me, yeah I warmed up at keystone the week before but I'm use to nothing but man made ice/snow and the bunny slopes back east. hahah It's insane out here, world class skiing without a doubt.
