I took an at-home test w/ morning pee today to make sure i was ready for my probation drug test tomorrow.

I tested negative with a very faint red line.

However i'm more afraid of the cutoffs concentrations for this home test vs the probation test. The manual in the home test says the cutoffs are:

Immunoassay: 50 ng/ml
GC/MS: 15 ng/ml

It doesn't say which one it is, it just has that info. I'm guessing the cutoff is 50 ng/ml, do proby drug tests have the same cutoff? What is GC/MS?

My biggest concern is whether or not waterload according to the sticky tomorrow. If im already gonna pass.... i dont want to risk pissing off my PO with a dilute result.

You probation test should have the same cutoff levels as your home test. I would drink a 32oz gatorade and void twice before you take the drug screen.

Thanks for the reply.

Would the 32oz possibly drop my creatine levels below the 20 ng/ml cutoff that counts as a dilute? And should i take vitamin B and aspirin

Thanks for the reply.

Would the 32oz possibly drop my creatine levels below the 20 ng/ml cutoff that counts as a dilute? That would depend on numerous factors, most notably of what your baseline creatinine level was before you began drinking the liquid, etc.

Only way to know is test yourself with a drug adulteration test kit. You can find these inexpensive kits by doing a Google search.

And should i take vitamin B and aspirin Aspirin is old tech. Back in the day, it was used as an interferant for only one type of test: the first-generation EMIT screen. Since then, a second-gen EMIT was introduced to tackle the interference issues caused by aspirin. As a result, the first-gen EMIT is seldom used anymore (if, at all).

Vitamin B2 can be used to bring color to urine, but it must be understood that with creatinine and S/G checks in place, color becomes the least aspect in determining an overdiluted sample. Even samples with a nice yellow color to them can still fall below the acceptable ranges for creatinine and S/G.
