Does anyone know if Colorado uses the weight of an illegal drug's "carrier medium" (i.e. a sugar cube in the instance of certain psychedelics) in calculating weight for sentencing?
I know this is how it is done federally and in some states (like Minnesota).
If CO, does in fact weigh this way, then how does that effect edibles?
