Man I stayed up till 3 am and still cannot find a better cloning solution. I mean I have a bubble cloner, I'm using water cloning, but so far every F#*@ing thing has gone down hill. So here is what I have. Bubble cloner; air stones, aquarium heater, superthrive, Ph'd water, CloneX. Water cloning, Ph's water, Superthrive. I'm posting pics to show what they look like hopefull some one can help me out.

Dude I saw in past pics u had put a humidity dome on ur bubble cloner. U dont need it with ur bubbler.
Also U can clone without any cloning solution so that not ur problem.
If I was u I would drop the superthrive and the cloneX. Clean all parts of the cloner with H2O2(& airstones). Then just use RO water and see how ur clones do. U'll have clones in about 10-14 days.
Hope this helps

I use Rapid rooters,.... And am trying to lower my light levels after reading some of HeadShakes posts.

2nd cut underwater at 45* Scape the side of the stem, dip in Clonex and stick in rooter plug under humidity dome. 100% humidity for about 5 day's and Roots! :D

I use a clone bucket and follow the directions that came with it..

Basically a pH of about 6.0 (give or take), 400 ppm bloom nutes, a bit of vit B. I put the entire unit on a seedling matt with a digital controller and place the temp sensor in the bucket, set it for 75 deg. Dependent on the strain, age of plant I'm cloning (new plants tend to root faster), I have rooted clones in 2 weeks or less with nearly a 100% success rate.

As far as the cuts themselves.. nothing special, a 45 degree cut, let them sit in clonex for a minute and in the system they go.

This is about as simple as it gets..

Hope you work it out!

Peace, Farmer Rich

are theri drain problems?
how do you do this in a rapid rooter? you just stick your cutting in the hole and press down a little and then stick a little piece on top of the hole of the rapid rooter to seal the hole? I am curious of these rapid rooters, seem to be really nice, like jiffy pellets but better.

as far as the bubble cloner, scratch that get a propagation tray and try in rock wool or jiffy pellets (cost is like 5 dollars total), those bubble cloners are for taking like 50 clones at once, but each to their own.

but caseu I am feeling generous and have been learning allot on cloning I have been researching caseu I have people asking me how to clone with a 95% or better rate. check this out it is the best cloning instruction video and is about an hour long so lots of info here just on cloning, and a new method which is the best I have seen yet, but good luck

take the cutting, put some honey on the end, and stick it in some moist rockwool under a humidity dome. it's not necessary to have all that fancy stuff it just adds hassle to something that should be made simple.

Never tried honey, use "dip and grow" and rockwool cubes in domed/heated tray. Agree with simplicity, $12 per month, cheap

Heat the tray, helps totally, $20 item
