I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I am new to growing and I am sure you guys will know where I am making my mistake. My buds are fluffy-spongy.

My grow room is a spare bedroom, I am using advance nutraints, I am using two 1000w lights, I am venting and adding new air to the room in the amount required. Using 750 plus cfm. I have rotating fans in the room to move the air around. My plants are healthy and happy... most stocks around the width of your thumb. no bugs etc. Do a proper flush. I veg till the plants are about 4 foot high before going into flower. My room temps run between 72 and 78 with lights on and off.

Flower times are running between 8 and 10 weeks depending on strain. Every harvest "4" different harvest and everytime my buds are fluffy or spungey

Exactly which strains are you growing? Some, like White Widow normally are not as dense as say Train Wreck.

if you are running co2, turn it off last two weeks. if perpetual, you can alternate weeks..

without knowing the strain id say a little too hot and plants are too tall b4 flower. a sativa will stretch 2-2.5 times its veg to flower height thus making light penetration very low. veg less or train more. you want as much light as possible as close to the plant as safely possible. also make sure your ph is in check, you didnt specify hydro or soil.

Sorry forgot to tell you which strains. I am growing skunk1, killawatt, violator, og, and trainwreck. my ph and temps are all in check. I get very little stretching. The lights are placed just above the plants so the back of my hand does not get to hot. I have tried different hights I would guess between 9/10 inches to 20 inches. I am using air-cooled light and have the lights hooked to a large vortex fan that vents through my attic. Even the main coala gets spungey.

Personally I wouldn't veg for so long - those are some big plants! Light penetration is going to be a bitch.

How old are your bulbs & are they MH or HPS?
Sidelighting?
Whats your high/low RH%?

Personally like my room to get a little warmer than 78, usually about about 84. I try to keep my humidity around 50-60% but have gone as high as 70%. Some of the sativas really love the humidity, but with the strains you're running I would stick between 50-60%

My humidity runs around 45 to 55. The bulds are hps and newer bulbs

ive always liked 65-75 for temps and 60-65 at lights out towards the end to bring out the colors. 2000w is not going to reach the bottom half of a 4-5 foot plant. sk1 is an easy grower and can get long thick citrus smelling buds of stickyness. what medium are you using? do your roots have ample room? look at your roots if possible or at harvest, do they look healthy and white?

I am growing in soil. I am using 5 gallon home depot type buckets. My roots look really good. I also feed my roots voo-do juice. They are full and white.

you should ask this in the plant problems forum
Plant Problems - Cannabis Forums Message Boards - Medical Marijuana, Cannabis Club, Dispensary, News (http://boards.cannabis.com/plant-problems/)

be sure to include this in your post:
http://boards.cannabis.com/plant-problems/127058-troubleshooting-form-yay-you-know-you-wanted-one.html

we don't even know your nute schedule or ph, etc.

after you ask over there, please post a link back to it

good luck

are your strains from a reliable source? is drainage adequate? is the soil aerated enough? there is something thats consistent going on, my advice is pick your op apart systematically and weed out the cause. check other message boards also, there is a wealth of info out there. anytime i run into something new thats, what i do. well good luck
