Ok I have decided after Christmas I am going to get a vape. I already know the model I am getting and I know of the benefits of vaping over smoking. My question is do the other beneficial cannabinoids such as CBD vaporize at the same temp as THC?

Thanks Guys.

Good call to understand this important aspect of vaporizing...CBD can def take the edge off a THC high. That's what I love about vaping, it just give you so much more control over your doses and what medicine you choose depending on temp.

Can you eloborate a little on getting mostly CBD when using a vaporizer? Since I will be purchasing the Arizer Solo I will have to have the temperature setting on 180C to vaporize the CBD correct?

Also for anyone with medicinal knowledge, whats the difference between consuming marijuana vaporizer vs injesting canibbus oil? Is the oil more pottent and thus a better consumption technique for lets say treatment of cancer?

Thanks

Cannabidiol - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabidiol)
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a cannabinoid (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabinoid) found in cannabis (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabis). It is a major constituent of the plant, representing up to 40% in its extracts.[2] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabidiol#cite_note-Grlic_1962-2)
It has displayed sedative (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sedative) effects in animal tests.[3] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabidiol#cite_note-pmid6269680-3) Some research, however, indicates that CBD can increase alertness.[4] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabidiol#cite_note-4) It may decrease the rate of THC (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetrahydrocannabinol) clearance from the body, perhaps by interfering with the metabolism (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metabolism) of THC in the liver (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liver).
Medically, it has been shown to relieve convulsion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Convulsion), inflammation (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inflammation), anxiety (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anxiety), and nausea (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nausea), as well as inhibit cancer cell (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cancer_cell) growth.[5] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabidiol#cite_note-recentadvances-5) Recent studies have shown cannabidiol to be as effective as atypical antipsychotics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atypical_antipsychotics) in treating schizophrenia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schizophrenia).[6] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabidiol#cite_note-braz-6) Studies have also shown that it may relieve symptoms of dystonia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dystonia).[7] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabidiol#cite_note-pmid3793381-7)[8] (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cannabidiol#cite_note-Snider1985-8)
In November 2007, it was reported that CBD reduces growth of aggressive human breast cancer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breast_cancer) cells in vitro (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_vitro) and reduces their i

CBD's are the healing part of the plant! Ingesting it is preferred! My experience...I cannot toke enough. Vaping is preferred over smoking. Using the oil, is the best way, reportedly..to battle a disease, as cancer.

I had a growth come up to the surface, while taking the oil. My doc called it 'skin' cancer, I've not had a biopsy, the rso, brought it to the surface and that was all I needed for a confirmation. Now, the skin is, simply "flaky" and getting a bit of topical oil. I stopped my oil treatment and will resume, when I can make my own and insure, I am getting the proper medicine, for me!

There are plenty of threads here, with tons of info...enjoy the read. However, if I were a "new" patient, reading is about the last thing, I'd be able to sit still for. If you need any advice, ask, I believe; many here, will drop in to help. Good luck, with your endeavor and Happy Curing, I hope! :rasta:pr

Thank you for that very informative reply :)

Looks like I will be sticking to making the oil via Rick Simpsons method. Only thing left to do is hunt down some dealers that produce high indica strains as opposed to THC which seems to be the preference around my area.

Also if anyone has suggestions to add when producing the oil I would greatly appreciate them :)

Thank you for this great site!

Cheers
