I'm two weeks into my plants, and thus far I've been using Aqua globes and I was wondering if this was good idea?

i have always wanted to know that also. but i do know that after a while you wont be able to. there water use gets pretty drastic. im going through 5 gal. every waterering about 5 to 6 days. and the time between waterings is getting shorter.

my only concern is that you will over water them. i have READ in many threads about the differing watering techniques, and the watering from the top of the soil until about 10% runs out the bottom, seems to be favored.and then you let them dry out abit (of course not totally) "too dry, they die, too wet ,mold you get"! ( i just made that up) there is plenty of great info on this site. read, read, and then read some more. find a soil and nutes growing program that fits your budget and desired outcome.

The Aqua Globes did water to much, I went in to the room this morning and some of the leaves begun to fold in, so I axed the Aqua Globes and would advice others away from this method of watering
Thanks for the tips Harry Buzz
