Want to purchase seeds in Minnesota

I want to order seeds over the mail in Minnesota. I'm not worried about any authorities keeping an eye on me, I just want to know that if I put down the money, will the seeds get here? And if anyone knows a good sight to order off of, that would be exceptionally helpful too. Thanks!
