Hey, i have a 2 week old roadrunner#2 plant in a 10litre pot and wasnt sure on exactly how much water is enough. could someone help me. also my grow room lacks ventilation, there is a fan constantly on but its in a cupboard with hardley any ventilation, would a Co2 dispenser be a waste of time?

Too large of a pot for such a small plant. Likely a cup or two daily, depending on temps, humidity and the soil's water-retention properties. (it varies)
Most important thing though, is to make sure there is enough water/nutrients getting to the lower root zone, at least once a week. Pop the rootball out before watering, and carefully check...moist rootballs fall apart so be real careful. Also, don't break a stem. But do not oversaturate the rest of the soil in an effort to keep the lower root zone moistened.
Good luck, but try and get yourself a variety of sizes of pots. Start small, and work your way up.

from experience they handle moist soil, but dont over do it. Every 3-4 days. I would give em 3-4 8 ounce cups of water/nutes . They were in 3 gallon containers. In scotts premium with extra perlite. Also i kept in plastic cups and then transplanted at 3 weeks. kinda a standard in autoflowers. also they will finish between 56-62 days.If done right very thick cola from top to bottom.
