same question... what are the rules around here?? there seems to be no one that can answer q's... I have a letter but, no info... where do we go??? real tips appreciated..

well, you do have till Jan 11th...but you have to have a bona fide relationship with a doctor... then you can google search medical marijuana maine and it'll give you the links from there.

in maine first you need a doc's recomindation.d.h.h.s has a list of all qualified doctors,i use dr. sulak@ intergrative health care hallowell,me.then you need a permit from d.h.h.s for 75 bucks,you will have to choose to grow your own,or have a caregiver grow for you, or go to a dispensery. yes there is some jetlag getting o.nboard with the program but we're still working with a new law with a lot of flaws. it will get better but for now at least we got the law on the books.

iwas in augusta at john p's office last week and it was jan 1st for new rules to start.what was your source? jim b

call d.h.h.s in augusta ask for medical marijuana program they will send you your forms,or get a care giver such as my self and we fiie all your paper work for you.we have some very dedicated care givers here. care by cannabis 943-7765
