New to the area...luckily I have one like-minded friend in Baltimore but that's an hour and a half to drive just to get flush. How do you go about cultivating contacts?

its gonna be a bit hard. People dont really talk much on this site and there isnt great bud in PA. Ur best best is to score from Baltimore. I know its far but if you just save for an ounce itll last you. Or an out of towner can come by, but out of towners always charge steep
