So this coworker of mine...

This guy started growing on his own. He's been asking me for a lot of advice and I've been helping out with the limited knowledge I have. He was off to a good start too.

He has been in a rent house for the past three years. In the back yard there was an old camper that was pretty small. One of those 18' long silver twinky lookin ones. He spent several hundred on getting it setup. Painted the windows black on the inside, set up ventalation, lighting, etc... The trailer was in the middle of a huge patch of weeds, IDK what theyre called but they were the kind that kinda look like mj, about 8' tall, stem the same, that kind. They hid the trailer very well.

He was doin good, he had 15 plants growing, they were all about 8" tall. Were...

He's out in the county kinda so his water was from a well, the well started leaking so the landlord came to fix it. The landlord told him that he didnt realize the yard was in such bad shape in the back half of the property so he was gonna clean it up a bit.

Monday when we got to work my coworker told me what happened. Him and his wife went out all day saturday and when they got home everything was gone! The landlord brushhogged all the weeds down and hauled the trailer off! My bud is worried sick that he's gonna get busted now, prob will too.

I guess this is just one of the very many ways to get busted when you're growing, basically, on someone elses property...

I wouldn't worry about it anymore, first if he was gonna call the cops he would have left the trailor in place for them to raid, second if it didnt make the news and the landlord hasn't asked them to move they are in good shape, thirdly I would worry the land lord may come around in another 8 weeks around harvest time to inspect and maybe snatch your crop! Good luck!

Landlord isnt coming back in 8 weeks for his harvest.....the landlord HAS his plants inside the trailor he took, which, if he hasn't called the cops, he will harvest himself in 8 weeks.

People who want to grow marijuana.......it MAY be a good idea to wait until you OWN your own piece of property until doing so. The risk factor goes way, way, way, up if your renting property from someone else. Just a thought.

SLevinKal hasnt said if they are in a med state or in a tolerent area...I hope for their sake they don't have trouble..Well said Islandborn, if your doing it Under the radar then it is best to have your own land or property. Of course you run the risk of seizure and getting hurt financially more.

Yep, the landlord hit the jackpot with this one, its like he found months or years worth of rent payments in the trailer. Especially if the cops havn't come yet, your defanitly in the clear.

...tho it isn't something you can mention to the landlawd, to maintain Plausible Deniability.

If the cops ever did show up, you could say that you thought it was someone else's, possibly a friend of the landlawd's, and that you never went in there.

Sigh. Murphy's Law, or at least the Law of Unintended Consequences strikes again.

Hope the landlawd at least doesn't fuck up the crop. Would be awesome if they were cool and shared the end result, but knowing a bit about Human Nature, I wouldn't expect it ;)

I kinda forgot that I even posted this :D

His LL has been by a couple times for random stuff, he's yet to even mention the trailer...

OldHead, Tx is deff not what I'd call a med state, I wouldn't set my watch on 'em being very tolerant either. As far as the screwy ass MJ laws go I call Tx the badlands.

BTW, my buddy ordered a bag o beans already, he should be up again soon. :rastasmoke:
