I am looking at a Wed-Fri testing date for pre-employment. I stopped smoking/eating Aug 24 and finally started passing my first test of them morning home tests. I was offered a position, my last choice of 3 that did not require a pre screening. I gave up on my other 2 options since I hadn't heard back and smoked 3 xs over the past week, not very much in quantity. Then of course Friday I was offered and accepted my 2nd choice position who do require drug screening. Since Friday I started my creatine capsules and my B suplements, maintained my exercise routine (after yoga today no more exercise for the week) and have increased my protein consumption, lots of eggs, salmon, tuna and swordfish. I don't eat meat bc I can't digest it (no ethical reasons so if you say I must I will)
My Sat. test was my 2nd void and I tested NEG
My Sun test was my 1st void and I tested POS
I know I have serveral more days to go
I am confused about my diet at this point I have read to increase my fat intake prior to the test and have also read to maintain a healthy diet. I plan on following N2s guide and have not found this information anywhere else on the site. Any credible info is greatly appreciated

Confused by your post. You stated you last smoked at the end of August, but then say you smoked 3 times over the past week?
So you quit in august but recently smoked, and then found out you would be tested? Or you smoked 3 times over that period in august?
(And from what Ive read, as THC is fat soluble you do not want your body breaking down fats in the day or so before testing, so you should increase your fats intake pre-test. The meats are for increasing creatine to replace amounts lost by dilluting)

thanks blank, to clarify:

Can meats be replaced by tuna and salmon or should I sacrifice several hours on the toilet by eating meat for the first time in 12 years?

Im far from an expert but I have read quite a bit here and elsewhere, so I dont want to give bad advice, but in my personal opinion you would be ok with the fish as your protein, on top of your creatine supplements. Dillute, eat loads of lohn john silvers, and dont burn calories and I would think you would be ok.
Keep testing yourself and if you are not seeing negatives for THC, order QuickFix overnight delivery as a backup plan.
Im kind of in the same boat as you (115 lbs, 3 weeks abstaining and finally passed a 2nd void test) but dont have to test for 12 more days, so if you could update on your progress, it would be appreciated!

The fish your eating contains Creatine, so consuming them will be perfectly fine. And yes you will want to go into hibernation the last 2 days before the test. Eat fatty foods and be as lazy as possible, this will keep you from releasing unwanted THCA metabolites.

Yep, fish of any type are a good alternative creatine source for those who are not into the red meat.
