UA Help

I was offered a job in Aspen, CO as a ski lift operator. The job requires a UA, but i'm not sure exactly when the UA will be administered. What method should i use if i don't know when i'll be tested exactly? I am a heavy smoker, i'm about 6'0 and 215 pounds. Thanks in advance for any help. I need you guys!

Are you going to substitute or dilute?

You can dilute with lots of water and cranberry juice as far as I can gather, along with strenuous excersice and good diet.

Have you stopped smoking now or do you intend to continue smoking.??

If you're still smoking I'd probably say substitution is your best bet because people on here have had good results with some synthetic urines like quick fix synthesix5 (sorry if i spelt it wrong I'm in UK and I don't think it's available here- plus I'm having a hair test anyway)

Probably the most lab foolproof substitution would be urine from a clean (and understanding) friend of yours, however there is the issue of using it quickly and keeping it at the correct temp, I think you need to use real urine within a couple of hours so whoever was providing it for you would have to be available pretty much straight before the test.

Theres good and informative threads about these 2 topics, I hope you find this helpful but bear in mind I'm not really qualified to tell you any of this it's just info I've gathered from trawling these forums
