Stay away from this gyp joint. I began patronizing this outfit a year ago, shortly after getting my MMJ license in Colorado. Owned by a guy named John McD., it operates at 420 Corporate Circle in Golden in an office park.

Their product is not much different than other places, but their service is terrible. The young punk behind the counter yesterday sneered at me when I asked if John had any promotions to match those I've seen advertised in Westword. To make matters worse, they were out of the house-grown sativa that's available to caregiver/clients for $35 an eighth. All products yesterday were $50 per eighth, or so I was told.

I'd given my business for the past year to this place, but no more.

Recommendations for a new caregiver, anyone? Thanks and 420.

I'd look in westword for new patient discounts.

Have you contacted the owner? It seems you're having issues with employees, not the shop.

A lot of places have menu's on their websites, or you can always call to check current inventory.

How far are you willing to drive?

Thanks for the response. Yeah, I e-mailed the owner and he responded with a polite answer. I've already switched my caregiver to Canna Club of Denver, but my beef with John is settled. My beef with his condescending employee, however, remains full boil.

That's good that you at least recognize where the problem lays. Not every MMC is going to make every patient happy. There are plenty of places that would be happy to take your business.
