Wil more people smoke pot

Now that the local goverment has decriminalised under an ounce. Do you think more people will start smoking? Or will none medical users become more likely to start useing it socially.

I think Arnold decriminalized it under an ounce because he doesn't want it to pass on Nov.2. In a way it IS kind of a good compromise and won't open the floodgates, but if caught with under an oz you still have to pay the $100 fine.

I do think that people will be more comfortable smoking, like at at parties and outside, kind of like what happened up in B.C.

this sounds like a small step in the right direction but, of course, the real problem is that growing even one plant without a doctors recommendation in California is currently punishable by a felony prison term in state prison. Even medical users with doctors rec's are guilty until proven innocent in the current system.

Prop 19 would kill all that nonsense once and for all. Nothing else comes even close to doing that. people would have to be stoned out of their minds to vote no on 19. :jointsmile:

Nope,because honestly who really cares.People will do what they have always done because thats just how we as humans are,and if they want to get with the times they will vote in Nov.

I think yes they will.
Trade booze for weed and add 8-24 years to your life.
So I hope lots more people smoke it.

Dont think it will change that much until a better supply line is opened up, like the ability to buy over the counter
