HELP!! New to Growing and Plant Problem !?!? Advice Needed Please

Okay well my baby is in Veg right now , still kinda small and some spots have a faint yellow on the tips of the fan leaves and a lighter green tint within the fan leaves , Lighter than the rest of the leave... Any advice ?? I have 4 vegging , and they all have the slight light green tint on the leaves , this one in the pics in my worst one ...

Im using Biobizz Bio Grow , and 1/2 recomended dose ... With Micro Gro soil ( I know ... Bad idea but too late now .. Im new to this )
My soil PH is about 6.5
Im using CFL's and a 4' T12 Fluro tubes (2)
Temp in my room is about 78-80 F.

Too early to tell sex.

As for your leaf problem,... it's most likely nute burn since you've stated that you're using nutes on top of the MG soil which is already too hot for seedlings. Don't use anything except PH'd water on seedlings if using nuted soil. Well that's what my take on it... I don't know much about seedlings tho as I'm trying my first run of seeds (got a good deal of experience with clones, but no seeds)
