So I have researched extensively on this site and elsewhere and hope someone here can help me (doesn't everyone...). To start off, I should say I will have been smoke free for a little over 2 weeks at the time of testing, I got to pick the date to an extent.
Like a lot of folks, I have found a stellar job, aside from the fact that they require drug testing. I understand how to pass the test (or do my best to pass) based on the dilution method on this site. Here is the problem, and I hope someone like Fakeboobs can weigh in here. I have to do a full physical for the job, which means blood-work and a 12 hour fast prior to the testing. So my question is, will following the dilution method on these forums cause problems with any of the other lab work? I am only allowed water during the fast, but I plan on taking the vitamins and other things listed in the dilution thread if it will not cause issues.
The test will be sent off to labcorp, and I am wondering if I should just try to use the substitution method t o avoid issues, or if that would cause issues of its own. I need suggestions on what I should do to be most successful as I need this job. Another note I felt should be added on the idea of substitution is the test procedure states they are to have me remove outer garments and handheld items, not sure how much clothes that means I lose, but I am a little concerned about trying to sneak in a specimen if they are gonna have me strip. I also could have to strip for some of the other testing which could be before or after the whiz quiz...
