as long as the top growth is still green and is growing fine then it is fine that lower leaves fall off from time to time. It will happen more as the process goes on. Just pay attention to the top 1/3 of the plant for signs your doing something wrong.

check out this, this is how the plan leaves are.
Also I bought a 23W light bulb...
Philips - 23W EL/mDT 1BC (http://www.ecat.lighting.philips.com/l/catalog/catalog.jsp?userLanguage=en&userCountry=aa&catalogType=LP_PROF_ATG&_dyncharset=UTF-8&categoryid=LP_CF_CI_DT_EU_FA_AA_LP_PROF_ATG&productid=929697669101_NA_AA&title=23W%20EL/mDT%201BC&ctn=929697669101_NA)

Does it work for my plants?

Count the total watts going into the lights not what they say they are putting out in wattage. 150 watts will be your target for what your trying to do. I dont think you have enough light on that plant.

It appears you have 2 plants in one pot. This will come back to bite you squarely in the ass. One pot one plant - the roots dont play well with other plants nor do the leaves for that matter.

The soil may be getting too wet as well. Try watering every 3 days instead of every day. Nearly dry soil is almost as important as wet soil for reasons I wont get into here.
