I'm going to post my experience that is 100% completed since so many on here post then disappear when they get their results
I went 17 days without smoking, chronic daily smoker for 4 years before that (excellent cali bud too)... I tried doing the crazy dillute/cranberry juice thing for about 2 days after I quit (thinking I was gonna be tested that week), when I found out I wasn't I lived life normally but didn't smoke, but I was around smokers all the time.. I'm about 6'2 160 so I definitely have a fast metabolism... I worked out at about day 5 till day 13, not intently, about 30-45 minutes lifting weights.. day 14 I took an at home test without much knowledge that diluting will make u pass.. I didn't dilute purposely, it was probably my 3rd void of the day, at about 8pm, and I passed with a not so faint line (even tho faintness means nothing).. I found out that day 17 I was gonna take a test so day 15 I went crazy dilluting with water ONLY, pissed like 15 times that day and through the night.. I was not working out past day 13... I had my urine test at 2pm day 17 so I decided to wake up that same day at 6am to use my first void of the day FIRST PART OF THE STREAM (to know where I stood) and see what it said.. semi-faint negative, so i'm feeling confident as long as these tests work.. by the time I took the test I used my 3rd void, it was pretty yellow and of course middle of the stream.. I got a call 3 days later from my employer saying I passed
what i want people to take out of this which I wished I had in my 3 weeks of intent online research haha was that at home urine tests DO WORK 100% as long as your tests cutoff is 50ng/ml (almost all are, it is the government regulation) .. DO NOT TRY TO DILUTE when taking ur at home test, at home tests do not check for dilution and labs obviously do, unless you know you can't pass otherwise and you are testing the water on dilution, at home tests will work 100% if you pee normally, and for best results use FIRST VOID when you wake up and first part of the stream, if you pass that you will pass anything
