A few qestions about flowering. 44 days in.

These plants are about 6 and a half weeks into flowering and getting close to done. Here are a few pictures i just took earlier today.

This is my first time growing. I've seen plenty of pictures of late flowering plants, and the leaves look like they start to curl late into flowering. almost like they have nute lock-out and the leaves have the claw look. As you can see in my last picture, thats starting to happen and the leaves are curling bad, is this normal?

also, how do they look? they are 6 weeks and 2 days into flowing. How much longer does it look like I have? any idea? The website I got the seeds from said 52-60 days. and its been 44. but idk how accurate that is.

Looks like you have a couple more weeks to go. And they look fine, to me and my old eyes. :)

Id say ur garden looks pretty good. I dont have an answer to your curling leaves question but I think u should be ready for harvest very soon. I cant tell for sure by the pics but if u r growing in soil u should flush the medium and then feed them plain water. That way ur plants use up the starches and sugars that r in the plant, giving u a smoother smoke and better burnability. The best indicator of when to harvest is your trichromes, when they turn milky white they r ready but sometimes it can be hard to tell. The pistils changing color from ur whiteish color to a darker orange or brown is also a good indication. According to, Cannabis Cultivation - A Complete Growers Guide, when 1/3 of the pistils changed u get more of a high, and when 3/4 of the pistils have changed u get a heavier smoke. As a bud ages it converts THC to CBD and CBN, which gives the user a more lethargic feeling.

Time to throw the bible away. Pistals have nothing to do with the plants finishing, many strains keep producing new pistals right to the day you chop.
It's the trichomes you go by, all cloudy is really very young and that is the "lighter" high. When you get the trich's to be 25-50% amber (or even more) is where you get THC and the conversion to certian cannabinoids...this is the heavy, couch lock some people look for. :D

I'd say you got at least two more weeks, but you need to get a 30x scope that is the only way to be sure your harvesting at the right time. you can pick up a scope at a grow shop. Dont get a magnafying glass its a microscope. Remember be patient, patient, patient......

mine are at day 35 and look very similar jsut had a growth spurt the last 3 days and they are streching again and making new pistals. I was a little dissapointed...in this as i expected them to start filling in at the buds....Oh well...your plants look good....looks like at least 2 weeks left.
