i stressed this plant with a neem oil dunk, by accident. i am not sure if i should put it back in the grow closet or dispose of, what do you think ?

As far as I'm concerned, it could be a hermie, but its really hard to say at this time and be sure. I think there is a better than 50/50 chance it is, but just be patient. make sure you watch it every day until you are sure. Just remember they won't release their pollen until they are more mature..... you have about 4 days or so before you make a decision.
