Good gro light?

Sorry I am on my first grow still learning, I came across this site somewere in the forums and was looking at the 6825 lumens it produces with 65 watts, but I would like some advice from someone who knows if this light will be good from veg to flower ?

500 watt for 65 watts, 6825 lumens , pretty cheap 30$

Is this worth buying? I would like it for just 1 plant so far in a TV entertainment center , going to move into closet for hydro grow.

Back in my newbie days i used a few of them for veg and flower. They will work but i suggest several of them . Also look online for a flowering bulb for it somthing in the 2600-3000k range. I also think home depot and lowes have em for around the same price... 3-4 would work .If your gonna put out the money i would buy 1 big light. Or lowes has a 150 hps same shape as the floro. 1 150 hps and 1 of the 65watt cfl would be more ideal for a few plants..
