thought id add 2 more little pics for fun. This past winter i had a cfl indoor grow with the same pfrost.
The stems constantly had red veins up and down the stalk and i thought it was a nutrient problem but after seeing my outdoor do fine i know it can :)

whos got the fastest fingers, i need a quick response, as i type and smoke away.

my prized possession purple now looks like this... i noticed the rotting yesterday and assume bud rot. im going out of town for the weekend i checked today and the rotting is spreading.

yesterday it was on the growth down low and today it was spreading upwards.

i read to chop off underneath foliage to help air get it but thats bout it.

i have 5 plants packed tight i assume that it will spread if left unattended right?

So chop now and dry or wait till i get back and see how it does??

I dont know exactly where you live in WA but here is my 2 cents.

here is a link for a good mold prevneting product.

Hydroponics, Indoor Gardening Supplies, Hydroponic Systems - home (http://www.ecogrow.com/index.cfm?product=1018&mid=0&nid=0&CFID=6378581&CFTOKEN=15231538)

its a bacteria that eats the fungus that causes bud rot. Spray it on the plants whenever you get a dry sunbreak. I mix in a little bit of milk with my mixture too, it helps against powdery mildew(another disease that also comes with moist humid climates.)

If you picked it and there is a little bit of mold, put it in a hot and dry atmostphere. Cut out the dead moldy plant material and discard. The mold will stop growing if humidity levels are low and temps are high.

Thats the problem about growing outdoors in western WA, when the rains come so does the mold and the salmon. The mold kills the buds and the salmon take up all of the time I should be spending on my garden.

when the rains come so does the mold and the salmon. The mold kills the buds and the salmon take up all of the time haha you sound llike one of my buddys dads. great fish out on the columbia and out in the rivers on the coast.

yeah well said on the mold and thanks for that. unfortunatly got home today and looked and the molding continued. didnt spread to any of my other plants but my purple plant is pretty much done and chopped.

all the rest are nice and healthy just a few more weeks!

im up from the city in seattle. so not much coastal rain but enough to make it happen in the shitty weather lately
