Ok so my plant i cut it in half and now it is just the bottom half with 8 or 9 stalks coming from it. so basically its just the big main stem cut with what looks like budded seedlings... i had it on 12/12 so i just stopped putting it in its box when i cut it in half is that what i have to do to make it reveg is put it back in a longer light schedual? also when it was growing for the first time it had no stalks untill i put it in 12\12 if i grow it out will all the stalks look as if they were the main stem of the plant. the picture im puting up is the bottom half of my plant but it wasnt cut in half yet.

it should, yes. give her some veg nutes and stick her back into veg. it might take a bit for her to start making vegitative growth hormones again, but she will. also, the new growth might look weird and gnarly for a bit, but don't fret, eventually she'll start looking normal again.

it will be a mega-bush. it will start growing new shoots out of what remains, at all of the secondary bud-sites (not bud flowers, but bud as in a tiny new growth, not the apical meristem). it will be gnarly and twisted (well mine was, but i LST'd my lady).

like i said though, don't stress out. it will grow normally, the leaves might just be funky looking, single or three-bladed, perhaps non-serrated. but growth will return to normal as the vegetative growth hormones kick into full gear and your lady stops stressing.

the plant will gain height normally. she will stretch in flower just like normal. you never really keep a plant short, you just delay the vertical growth. in flower the first 40% of the time the plant stretches and the last 60% of the time she will fatten up with flowers as her ONLY purpose on earth is to reproduce to keep the lineage going. the more flowers, the greater the chance of catching drifting-by pollen. this is also the reason that plants hermie. they are genetically encoded to produce male flowers just before death to make their own seeds (or they can pollinate nearby neighbor, or both). since the plant is a female (100% female DNA) then the pollen (and hence the offspring) will be 100% female, as their is only female DNA being used in the reproductive cycle. it is this trait that is exploited, whether via food, light or chemical means, to make feminized seeds.

sorry for rambling, i'm blazed. lol.

good growing!
