what can i do with stems?

I have a bunch of stems and was wondering if I cut them up real fine can i use them to make butter? what other things can i use the stems for or should i just throw them away? thanks.

nevermind I feel stupid for not looking down the forum more. i see i can make butter with them. sorry for this unneeded post.
