View Full Version : Am I being way overparanoid? (Labcorp test coming up)

Hi all.

I just graduated from college in May and have been offered my dream job contingent on a Labcorp drug screening. I know I'm being overly paranoid, but here's the situation.

During school I smoked once a day, one bowl. I didn't smoke from May 20 - July 28th (10 weeks), I smoked once on July 28th and haven't smoked since (6 weeks ago). So basically, in the past 16 weeks, I smoked once 6 weeks ago.

I used the FirstCheck THC test two weeks ago and came back negative with a really dark line. I used it again today and again had a dark line.

Am I being overly paranoid?

I'm the kind of person who frets of shit I shouldn't be. Thanks!!

Yes

Unless they take hair samples but that's something else to be paranoid about.

Yeah do know what kind of drug screening they will use? Most companies use a urine test. Since you have taken 2 tests and passed them and based on your smoking history you seem to be fine. If you want to be even more sure, test one more time using your first void of the day since it will contain your highest concentration of thc metabolites.

Sorry, it's a urine test. I have to take it either today or tomorrow, so not much time for doing the first void test. I'll probably be fine.

Just took another test with my first pee of the day. Line was a bit fainter than the tests I took in the afternoon, but was definitely still there so I passed.

I think I'm golden!

You are ready for the test 5slow1 but do a mild dilute with about 32oz of gatorade the day of the test to be on the safe side.

Too late for the gatorade. Took the test at around noon today, but I drank two big glasses of water before I went.

Took the test Friday morning and haven't had a call from Labcorp yet, which I'm assuming is good. I've heard they call if you test positive.

Thought I'd follow up and tell everybody I got a call this morning that I cleared the drug test and background check. New job inc!
