millipede problem

im finding the damn millipedes everywhere! i walked into my growroom and found like 3 and noticed some chewing near a few of the budsites on some of my plants. im getting really pissed off cuz im running into so much little bs with my first grow. i wish i could jus :gunfighter2: them lil fuckers away
whats the simplest and cheapest way to get rid of them?
