Basic outdoor mix OK?

I am putting my outdoor mix together and want to know if this is OK.

supersoil from CA as my top soil
vermiculite
some triple 16/16/16 mixed in
Some Urea (46/0/0)
some sand

What am I missing?

46/0/0.......your plants will most likely burn with that much nitrogen!

So should I leave the urea out for now?

is the 16/16/16 fert time released? if so how long does it last.

No, standard triple 16, not time released. Have abetter choice?
