2010 Australian outdoor grow help

Hi all, im wondering what time one should start germinating seeds to grow outdoors this season in Tasmania, Australia..??

I'm in Melbourne, I'm new to this too but from what I have been told now is around about time to start, I was told to have them in the ground by October at the latest

From what my charting shows, you should be popping them in the coming weeks to have them ready for the transfer outside in mid to late October. That would give you flowering the March, April, May depending on the breed.
