Swimming is a blast when your high. It also burns a lot of calories.

Stoner or not, it all comes down to one thing - burn off more calories than you take in.
I recommend that you smoke a big joint and then ride a bike. Then do that pretty much everyday. And eat good food. You will lose weight. ;)
Or you could become a Meth head. They're usually pretty skinny. :eek:

If you have the munchies, instead of hitting the Dorito's grab a glass of ice water and drink that. It works for me.

I was 208 lbs. and was very uncomfortable so I started eating melons like cantalopes, baby seedless watermelons, honeydews and a lot of fruits I lost 20lbs in 2 and a half months. Watermellon will take away that hungry feeling and make you feel like you just ate a small dinner. and its very tasty.
Give it a shot. You can get high quality reasonably priced fruits and vegies at your local farmers market.

well heres some tips that seem to work
1.A low fat diet,any dairy should be non or low fat
2.try cutting back on white flour ,white rice ,potatos,,carbos..ect.
3.Try adding a little running(even just a few feet at first)to your walking.you want to get your heart rate up to burn more calories.Run a little then walk keep increasing your running distance.You will feel you heart going faster
4.sugar and sweets cut back

:D try to stick with fruits in the morning and veggies and protein in the afternoon. :thumbsup: its funny, I find myself actually getting a craving for a carrot or an apple sometimes after I've been eating healthy instead of the crap I usually eat.

heres a tip dont be lazy get a gym membership,if you are over weight and dont want people judging you go early in the mourning exercize,use light weights and do lots of cardio,eat 6 small meals a day cut back on the sugar big time,and try xenidrene it works! my brother lost 30+ pounds over a year span using it,dont expect miracles to happen,and aim to lose 2-3 pounds per week,anything more is unhealthy,and will leave you with excess skin... the tv show big loser and losing it with jillian,that is a stupid ass way to lose weight and can hurt you in the long run...

I swim almost every morning. It's Good fun. I hurt my back a few years ago, have missing disc's and bones fusing toegther. So being in the water helps. I have lost weight from just swimming and not even hardcore swimming, just wadding from end to end and doing some light swimming does wonders.
I would also add keeping healthy foods in your cupboards. As a stoner I get the munchies hardcore sometimes and keeping healthy food around helps alot.Triscuits, hummus, fruits and stuff.

I use Whey Protein drinks which transform fat into muscle.
I have a six pack from holding rapidly expanding smoke. :D

When I was lost in the workaday world of cubicals I got to a point where I was about 50 LBS heavier than I am now. For me, ice water or iced tea was the answer. I try to drink a lot of water each day and always have some handy when I am smoking. After a big glass of water, a bag of doritos just doesn't have the draw for me that it once did.
The second big change here is the quality of the smoke I now enjoy. With the quality I am seeing these days, I am perfectly happy to just sit and enjoy the world around me and I don't eat. Of course the water helps here too.
There is no magic bullet to get weight loss, stoner or not. If you take in more than you burn up, you get fat. If this is you, take a walk. Do something. It doesn't matter how much you do or how fast you do it... if you start any kind of regular activity today, it is more than you were doing yesterday. This is good. Add a bit more when you can. Its still more than you were doing before. It will take time, but anyone can raise their average activity level and learn to eat better. It is not magic. It is honestly looking at yourself and your habits and making changes if necessary.

FIBER! I recommend to my patients a large dose of fiber before every meal. Fiber does a few really great things for dieters.
1) Fiber turns into jello after a few minutes. If you take a large glass of fiber before a meal, you cant possible eat as much. It fills you up!
2) Fiber attaches to lipids and does not let them absorb as well. That means less fat gets into your blood stream. It has been shown to lower cholesterol in studies.
3) It has been shown to decrease the risk of colon cancer.
4) It is cheap and easy to use!
We all know that the bottom line is "eat less, exercise more", but this is a good trick to help fool your body into thinking you ate more then you did.

Stay away from all of the fake sugars, High Fructose Corn Syrup is terrible, I lost over twenty pounds in a month and a half by just dropping that from my diet.
Aspertame and Splenda and a few others give me the worst headaches.

This is true. There is nothing like swimming a 50-Free (50 Meter Freestyle) at State baked out of your mind. Slowest 27 secs of my life. lol

Decide BEFORE you get high, what is ok to eat/drink. One of my favorite munchies is Honey Nut Cheerios. 3/4 cup has 100 calories. I eat them one at a time and enjoy each one!

I lost 80 pounds in 12 months. Went from 245 to 165. Eating fresh foods only. Very little sugar. I walked every day. I mean sweating walking, not plodding down the street. I also smoked every day and had beers during this time as well.
